The final Michael Jackson videos taken before the singer's June 2009 death are so top secret, they were recently transported in an unmarked truck, accompanied by armed guards in the dead of the night, according to court documents.

We know this because Dr. Conrad Murray has filed a motion to gain access to all of the rehearsal videos taken for MJ's ill-fated "This is It" tour.

Sony, which has possession of the videos, is objecting for several reasons.

Plenty of footage was used in the This Is It documentary (see trailer above), but Dr. Murray says ALL of the rehearsal footage is key to his defense.

Murray's lawyers believe that the tapes will show MJ was in frail condition, perhaps proving Murray and Propofol aren't to blame for his demise.

Sony is refusing on logistical grounds, as there are more than 20 boxes of videos and it would cost $200,000 to log and reproduce all of them.

However, Sony also describes how top secret the videos are to the studio, saying that they moved them to their Culver City location "in an unmarked truck was accompanied by armed guards in the dead of the night."

When the Jackson tapes were in an editing bay, security guards were posted outside the door and no Internet access was allowed in the room.

The footage has "monetary value inherent in their potential for future uses," the studio says, which "includes one or more 'anniversary editions.'"

Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial begins this fall.
